Based on conducting approximately 80 to 100 sales-per-year for mid-size to fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and abroad provides us with “up-to-date market values” and important industry trends for a variety of asset categories, also the costs to market and perform a successful sale.
Our Desktop “Opinion of Value Reports” provide estimated Gross & Net “FL” (Forced Liquidation) and “OL” (Orderly liquidation) values, which can be helpful for business making decisions, and determining if a formal detailed USPAP compliant appraisal report should be needed.
Our typical fees for this service range from approximately $1,000 to $2,500 (plus travel-related expenses, should a walk-through inspection be required). Our Opinion of Value Reports are based on valuing the assets in their complete entirety and not providing an estimated value for each asset on a line-by-line-item basis.
